Studio HXD was commissioned to design a new 6 bedroom, 6 bath single family residence located in old central Midland. The house is designed as a single story structure organized around a central rear courtyard and pool area. The scale and exterior design of the house is such to be appropriate and complimentary with the existing neighborhood while the interior is contemporary interpretation of Mid Century Modern style.
